What We Handle

Every Pane on the Vehicle, Replaced Where It Sits

No drop off, no loaner car, no morning surrendered to somebody else's lobby. Tell us where the vehicle is parked and that is where the work happens, whether it is a driveway off Old Litchfield Road or an office lot up on Litchfield Road.

Windshield Replacement

One to two hours from arrival to finished trim, properly bonded, with a limited lifetime workmanship warranty. Details on the windshield replacement page.

Chip and Crack Repair

Under thirty minutes for damage smaller than about three inches, provided it is not in the driver's line of sight or right at the edge of the glass. See chip repair.

Door Glass

The pane that rolls up and down. Fragments drop into the door cavity when it breaks, and getting those out is the difference between a clean job and a permanent rattle.

Quarter Glass

The small fixed pane behind the rear door. Frequently bonded rather than framed, which puts it closer to windshield work than to window work.

Vent Glass

The narrow triangular pane at the corner of the door. Easy to forget it exists until it breaks, and plenty of shops would rather not bother with it.

Back Glass

Tempered rather than laminated, so it lets go into thousands of small pieces at once. Vacuuming the interior properly is part of the job, not an upsell.

If a windshield is coming out anyway, that is the moment to ask about a tint strip across the top of the glass, because it will never be easier to fit. The complete list of what we replace lives on the all auto glass page, and side windows have their own detail under car window replacement.

Arizona can cite a driver for damage that obstructs a clear view of the road, so a crack across your sight line is more than cosmetic. There is a structural reason to deal with it as well. A bonded windshield helps hold the roof in place and gives the passenger airbag something solid to deploy against.

How the Town Got Here

Cotton, Tires and a Town That Kept Its Trees

Paul Litchfield came out from Goodyear Tire and Rubber in 1916 looking for somewhere to grow long staple cotton for tire cords. His Southwest Cotton Company ended up holding tens of thousands of acres across the valley, and about five thousand of them became the town that now carries his name.

The Postal Service signed off on the name in 1926, and the Wigwam opened on Thanksgiving Day in 1929, originally just lodging for Goodyear executives coming out to look at the cotton. That farming era is why the streets here still run under a canopy that the rest of the West Valley mostly does not have. It is genuinely pleasant to drive through, and it is also the reason people here call us about things drivers three miles away never think about.

None of that is avoidable. What is avoidable is letting small damage sit until it is not small anymore, which is the entire argument for having somebody come to you instead of waiting for a free Saturday that never arrives.

Where We Actually Go

Your Mail Says Litchfield Park. Your House Might Not Be In It.

The city itself is small, roughly three and a half square miles with somewhere near seven thousand residents. The 85340 postal area is a great deal bigger. Plenty of addresses that read Litchfield Park on an envelope sit inside Goodyear, inside Avondale or on unincorporated county land, and people are forever being told that puts them outside somebody's service area.

It does not put you outside ours. Mobile service is free wherever you are, there is no distance premium, and the quote you get on the phone already has the drive built into it. You do not need to work out which side of a boundary line your street falls on before you call.

The Village Core

The older streets around Old Litchfield Road, near Staggs Park and Tierra Verde Lake Park. Narrow, shaded and full of driveways where a technician can work comfortably without blocking anybody in.

Wigwam Boulevard and Around It

The resort side of town, Memorial Park and the surrounding blocks. Resort and office lots work fine for an appointment as long as the vehicle stays put for the full visit.

The Village Parkway Loop

Newer streets out toward the Camelback edge of town. Wide driveways, easy access, and usually the quickest appointments of the day.

Everything Else in 85340

Out past Dysart, along Indian School Road, and the pockets that technically belong to a neighboring city. Same price, same warranty, same free drive.

Whatever we install is backed by a limited lifetime warranty on the workmanship. If a leak shows up, if there is a whistle at freeway speed, if a piece of trim refuses to sit flat, we come back out. Twelve years of working the same handful of West Valley towns means word of mouth is the only advertising that has ever really worked for us, and a return trip costs far less than a bad one. There is more on that under high quality work.

The neighboring cities get identical terms, including Goodyear on the west side, Avondale to the southeast, Surprise further north and Phoenix across the valley. The whole area we cover is listed on we are here for you.Our own shop is a short run west of here in Buckeye.

Insurance and Price

The Claim Gets Filed on a Call You Are Part Of

Most people dread the insurance half of this more than the glass half, usually because they have done it alone before. We do it as a three way call. You, us and your carrier on the line at the same time, with the damage described the way an adjuster needs to hear it.

Every Carrier, No Exceptions

We work with any insurance company. There is no approved network you have to already belong to and nobody gets turned away because of who they are insured with.

Comprehensive Usually Covers Glass

If comprehensive is on your policy, auto glass is very likely covered. A good number of policies cover chip repair outright, which means nothing out of pocket for catching it early.

Free Chip Repair With a Replacement

If we are already replacing one pane and another piece of glass on the same vehicle has a chip, we fix the chip at no charge. It makes no sense to drive away with a known problem still on the car.

Cash Pricing Is Straightforward

No coverage, or a deductible that makes claiming pointless? Ask for the out of pocket number on the first call. It is competitive, and whatever we quote is what you pay. Nothing gets added at the door.

There is a fuller explanation of the three way call and what your carrier will ask for on the insurance page. If you would rather just get a number and a time slot, one phone call does both.

Straight Answers

Questions From Litchfield Park Driveways

The eight things people actually ask, answered without the hedging.

My mail says Litchfield Park but I think I am outside the city limits. Do you still come?

Yes, and you are far from the only person asking. The 85340 postal area covers a lot more ground than the roughly three and a half square miles of the city itself, so many addresses that read Litchfield Park are technically in Goodyear, Avondale or unincorporated county. It makes no difference to us. Mobile service is free either way with no distance charge.

Can you work in the shade, or does the car need to be in direct sun?

Shade is better, not worse. Working under a tree or a carport keeps the glass and the adhesive at a more sensible temperature than an open driveway in July, and we do it every day. All we need is enough clearance to open both front doors and walk right around the vehicle.

Can you meet me at the resort or an office lot instead of at home?

Yes, as long as the vehicle stays parked in the same spot for the whole appointment and we can access every side of it. Resort parking, an office lot, a golf course lot, all fine. Just tell us where the car will genuinely be, not where you hope it will be.

How long does a windshield replacement take?

One to two hours for most vehicles, timed from when we arrive to when the trim goes back on. Chip repair is much faster, usually under thirty minutes. We will also tell you how long the adhesive needs before the car is safe to drive.

Can my chip be repaired, or does the whole windshield have to go?

If the damage is under about three inches, and it is not sitting in the driver's line of sight or right at the edge of the glass, a repair will normally hold. Bigger than that, or in either of those two places, and replacement is the honest answer rather than the expensive one.

Will you handle the insurance claim for me?

We work with any carrier and set the claim up as a three way call so you, we and your insurer are all on the line together. That way it is described correctly the first time instead of being kicked back for a detail nobody mentioned.

What if I do not have comprehensive coverage?

Then you pay out of pocket and our pricing is competitive. Ask for the number on the first call. Whatever we quote is what you pay, with no trip charge added on the day and no surprises once the old glass is already out.

What does the warranty actually cover?

Our workmanship carries a limited lifetime warranty. That covers the things that come from how the glass was fitted, such as a leak, a wind noise at speed or trim that will not stay seated. If any of that turns up, we come back out and correct it.
