What We Do
Most people find us with a cracked windshield, so that is where we start. It is not where we stop. If it is glass and it is bonded, bolted or slotted into your vehicle, it is on this list.
One to two hours from the moment we pull up. Old glass out, adhesive laid properly, new glass set, trim back on, and an honest cure time before you drive.
Windshield replacementUnder thirty minutes for most breaks. Resin goes into the damage, stops it spreading and pulls strength back into the pane. It is free when you book a full replacement.
Chip repairTempered glass goes everywhere when it breaks. Getting it out of the door cavity, the seat tracks and the carpet is half the job, and it is not a line item we add later.
Car window replacementThe small fixed panes behind the door and the narrow triangles at the corner of the frame. Model specific, easy for a big chain to shrug at, no trouble for us to source.
All auto glassRear glass usually carries a defroster grid and needs a different approach from a windshield. Cleanup matters even more here, because all of it lands in the cargo area.

Local Conditions
On paper this is a quiet place. Wide streets, newer subdivisions, not much traffic by valley standards. In practice, a town that grew from a few thousand people to more than a hundred and forty thousand is a town with a great deal of construction traffic still moving through it.
Surprise covers roughly a hundred and ten square miles and a good share of that is still filling in. Every new phase means dump trucks, water trucks and concrete trucks using the same arterials you commute on, and they do not always leave the load behind them on the site. The Loop 303 corridor shows it best. It carries the growth on this side of the valley, it runs south to Interstate 10 and north to Interstate 17, and the shoulders along it change from one month to the next.
None of that is a reason to panic over a small chip. It is a reason to deal with it while it is still small, because a chip is a thirty minute job and a crack across the windshield is not.
The Deciding Factors
Two of those three have nothing to do with how big the damage is, which is why a chip the size of a pea sometimes means a new windshield and a crack twice that size sometimes does not.
Damage under roughly three inches, sitting away from the edge of the glass and outside the band the driver looks through, is a repair. Resin goes in under pressure, fills the break, cures hard and stops it travelling any further.
Past three inches, or sitting in either of the two problem zones, a repair is not something we will sell you. Either the glass has lost too much strength or the fix lands somewhere it should never be.
There is a legal edge to this in Arizona too. Damage that obstructs the driver clear view is something you can be cited for, so a crack running across your sight line is a ticket waiting to happen on top of everything else. The safety argument is bigger. Your windshield helps brace the roof if the vehicle rolls, and the passenger airbag deploys against it.
Claims and Cash
The reason people put off a glass claim is almost never the money. It is the phone tree. So we made the call our job instead of yours.
When you call us about broken glass, we ask who your carrier is and then get all three of us onto one line together. You are there to confirm you are the policyholder and to answer anything only you can answer. We take every question that is actually about glass, because we have answered them a thousand times and you have not.
By the time the call ends you know whether the claim is approved, what your deductible comes to, and when we are coming out. Nothing to file afterward, no portal login, no waiting on a callback that never arrives.
We work with any insurance company. If you carry comprehensive coverage, auto glass is very likely covered, and plenty of policies pay for chip repair outright with no deductible at all. That is worth finding out before you decide to live with the damage. More on how we handle claims.
Plenty of people would rather not touch their policy at all, and that is a perfectly reasonable call. Our out of pocket pricing is competitive on purpose.
The quote you get on the phone is the final price. It covers the glass, the labor, the drive out to your address and the cleanup. Mobile service adds nothing to it, whichever corner of Surprise you are in.
There is no upsell waiting on the day either. If we arrive and the damage turns out to be repairable rather than replaceable, we say so, and the price comes down.
Coverage
A hundred and ten square miles is a lot of ground, and the newer half of it does not show up properly on every map yet. Tell us the community name and we will find you.
Original Townsite
The blocks bounded by the two streets the town started on. Older lots, mature trees and narrower driveways, which suits us fine because the van does not need much room to work.
Central
Front porches, alley garages and a lot of on street parking. If the car lives out front rather than in the garage, mention it and we will bring shade with us.
North
Out past the newest growth, where haul routes and finished streets share the same pavement. It is one of the more common places we pull a chip out of a nearly new windshield.
West
Inside Surprise city limits and right next to Sun City West. Quiet streets, plenty of shade structures, and residents who would far rather we came to them than the other way around.
Civic Core
Surprise Stadium, the community park, the tennis and racquet complex and the regional library all sit together. Big open lots, easy to work in, and busy through spring training.
The 303
Where the newer commercial and industrial sites are going in. Fleet vehicles and work trucks break glass on a schedule out here, and we handle those the same day wherever we can.
Our workmanship carries a limited lifetime warranty. If a seal leaks, or a wind noise shows up at speed on Grand Avenue a month later, that is ours to fix and we come back out to wherever the vehicle is sitting. None of that changes because you live at the far north end of town.

Yes, and it costs exactly the same as a job near the original townsite. Mobile service is free everywhere we go, because the drive is already inside the quote we give you on the phone. The far north end is a normal week for us.
Yes, as long as the vehicle will stay parked in one spot for the whole appointment and we can walk all the way around it. Job sites, yards and business lots all work if you plan the timing. Tell us where the truck will be and we will meet it there.
One to two hours for most vehicles, measured from when we arrive to when the trim goes back on. Chip repair is much quicker, normally under thirty minutes. We will also tell you honestly how long to leave the car sitting before you drive it.
If the damage is under about three inches and it is not in the driver line of sight or right at the edge of the glass, a repair will normally hold. Larger than that, or sitting in either of those two spots, and replacement is the honest answer rather than the expensive one.
We work with any carrier. If you have comprehensive coverage, glass is usually covered, and plenty of policies cover chip repair with no deductible at all. We get on a three way call with you and your insurer so the claim is filed correctly the first time.
